Fundación Casa Ucrania is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to Ukrainian refugees and those in need through a wide range of programs and initiatives. Focused on humanitarian aid, legal assistance, and volunteerism, we tirelessly work to empower and assist Ukrainian citizens affected by the war situation in Ukraine.
Fundación Casa Ucrania is in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join us as a Social Media Manager (Junior) in a volunteer capacity. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in amplifying our mission to support Ukrainian refugees and individuals in need. Your creativity and strategic approach will help us reach a wider audience, fostering engagement and awareness about our programs and initiatives.
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Generate visually appealing and informative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to share our mission and impact.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager & Agencies to gather information and updates for social media content.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage active participation in our initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, trends, and audience insights.
- Passion for and commitment to the mission of Fundación Casa Ucrania.
- Proficient in using major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships.
- Fluency in English is a must. Ukrainian + Catalan + Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience working with organizations supporting refugees is desirable.
- Time Commitment: 10 hours per week.
