Eugenia Bieto
Professor in the Department of Strategy and General Management at ESADE and former CEO of ESADE. She has been President of CEMS (The Global Alliance in Management Education). She is a member of the Board of Directors of ENDESA, accountant of the Cercle del Liceu and belongs to the Advisory Board of several international business schools. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Acció Solidària contra l'Atur, Fundació Climent Guitart, Universidad Loyola de Andalucía and Fundación Santa María. She is an expert in entrepreneurship, innovation and female leadership.
Glòria Oliver
Glòria Oliver – 1st Vice President Degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University (1996), Master in Tributes by the Center for Financial Studies (1999), Master in Leadership and Management of the Science for the Barcelona School of Management - UPF (2010), Executive Program for a Women in Senior Management by ESADE (2014). Manager of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and of the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center. Previously, she was Director of Control of Management of the Clínic Foundation and IDIBAPS and of Saint-Gobain, with responsibilities territories in Morocco, Portugal and Spain. President of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Fundraising Association. Member of the Social Council of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya for the Government of the Generalitat, as a representative of Catalan society. Member of the General Conference of the Interuniversity Council of Catalonia. Co-founder and Member of the Spanish Association of Executives and Counselors.
Joan Aregio
Law graduate, postgraduate in administration and management from IESE, he has held responsibilities in different areas of the Catalan administration from the figure of territorial delegate to secretary of various departments of the Generalitat. He has also held elected positions at the local level and has been president of the Diputació de Tarragona. He is currently assistant to the general management, manager of the social area, human resources and legal area of the Xarxa Santa Tecla Sanitaria, Social i Docent.
Carles Ribas
Secretary of the Board of Trustees, deputy director and head of legal advice and fixed assets of Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera, a special foundation. Law degree from the University of Barcelona, I Training Program for Managers of the School of Public Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya / IESE.
Maria Targa
Economist and postgraduate in European studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is manager of the Fundació de Recerca en Paleoecologia Humana i Evolució Social IPHES. He has held management positions in public and private entities such as ACCIÓ, the Patronat Català Pro Europa, the Patronat de Turisme de Salou and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. He has worked on projects in the fields of tourism, business internationalization, digital marketing, communication and European advice and funding. She is a member of Repsol's Public Advisory Panel. She is currently a member of the Technology and Research Commission of the Coordinadora and of several commissions of associations of research entities (SOMMA and ACER). Bringing entities closer to the social fabric of the territory has always been one of his priorities.
Beatriz Añoveros
Law degree from the University of Barcelona. Master's Degree in EU Business Law from the University of Amsterdam. Master of Studies in Legal Research at the University of Oxford. Doctor in Law from the University of Barcelona. Professor of International Private Law at the University of Barcelona. She has participated in several research projects and has been a visiting researcher at different universities. She has published in the field of private international law and has been a speaker at congresses, seminars and conferences. She is a member of the Observatori de Dret Privat de Catalunya.
Mercè Balcells
PhD in chemical sciences from the UAB. Professor of the Department of Chemistry at the UdL (initially UPC) with more than 30 years of experience. She has taught on different topics such as organic chemistry, food chemistry or food additives. Her research is within the field of circular bioeconomy, in particular the valorization of forest biomass and agri-food by-products. She has devoted much of her professional life to technology transfer to companies, being director of the DBA-UdL center recognized in the TECNIO network of DTPs. Since April 2021 she is the director of the Fundació UdL.
Ricard Coma
Technical Engineer in Computer Science. He has completed a postgraduate course in Training of Trainers and a postgraduate course in design of multimedia teaching materials for virtual learning environments at the UOC. Since 1989 he has been linked to the Escola Pia holding various positions of responsibility in different centers. He is currently the director of the Escola Pia de Nostra Senyora de Barcelona. He is a member and representative of various entities of the associative, foundational and educational sector.
Marta Esteve
Degree in Law and Social Work. She has been trained in leadership and social innovation. For almost twenty years she has been working with people, leading teams and social projects in Càrites, Fundació La Caixa and Fundació IReS. She is currently the director of Fundació Carulla, where she works to place culture and education as axes of social transformation.
David Levy
Economist with a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat Ramon Llull. He is the representative of the Association of Financial Advisory Firms (ASEAFI) in Catalonia. He began his professional career in 1997 as a wealth advisor at the investment bank Merrill Lynch (New York) and developed his activity as a private banker at the Swiss bank Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch. In 2007 he founded DiverInvest Partners, a financial advisory firm with a family office philosophy. In 2009, he created DiverInvest EAFI, an Independent Financial Advisory Firm, authorized and supervised by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV). Since 2007, he has also directed Migranodearena, a non-profit organization that seeks to boost social action between companies, individuals and NGOs.
Lourdes Mas
Degree in Economics from the UB, Senior Management Program in Health Institutions at IESE Business School, Public-Private Collaboration Program at ESADE. Administrative Director of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau. Between 1976 and 1984, Administrative Director of Fundació Puigvert. Between 1984 and 1985, General Director-Manager of SCIAS-Hospital de Barcelona. Between 1985 and 2018, General Director of Fundació Finestrelles since 2018 and at present.
Rafael Ruíz de Gauna
He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the UB, a diploma in leisure pedagogy and sociocultural animation from the Catalan Institute of New Professions, and the Management Development Program (PMD) from ESADE. He served as vice-president and treasurer of the Mesa del Tercer Sector Social. He is currently Assistant to the General Director of the Pere Tarrés Foundation, trustee of several foundations, and member of the Board of the Confederation. Sara Pérez
Degree in Law from the UB. She has a professional career of more than 20 years in the associative world. She began her professional career in the business field, specifically in international promotion. Later, she has held various management positions in associations in the textile sector and the social economy. He is manager of the Catalan Coordinator of Foundations since 2017.
Montse Oliveras
Degree in Economics and Business Administration. She has been a member of the CCF team since 1998. She is currently responsible for the economic-financial area, administrative management and training.
Montse Pedra
Higher Degree in Administration and Finance. She has been a member of the CCF since 2010 and manages the secretariat, the associated foundations and social networks.
Silvina Vázquez
PhD in Political Philosophy from the UB. She is an analyst responsible for the Observatory of Foundations. She is a consulting professor at the UOC and at the Institute of Political and Social Sciences of the UAB.

Llicenciat en Empresarials per ESADE, on també ha exercit com a professor en l’àrea de financers. Va ser el director financer i gerent de l’empresa familiar, dedicada al metall. Actualment col·labora com a promotor en la recerca de nous socis per a la CCF.
